From the Founder

NLB Advising is the culmination of a lifetime of work. From rural beginnings where we “fixed things” because there wasn’t enough money to buy new, to teaching high school students about processes and design, directing adult education programs to elevate literacy and build better lives, creating and managing a small business, and working to break barriers to employment, every day has been focused on improving outcomes for our citizens. 

This is how grace moves through communities, quietly, helping one person at a time. Not seeking recognition, but positive outcomes.
